Privacy notice: Request access

This notice covers the information you give when you ask for access to Coovly. It is short on purpose.

What we collect

  • Your answers: your name, work email address, company, team size, what you would use Coovly for, and the time you agreed to be contacted.
  • Not stored with your request: your network address. It is used briefly, in memory, to stop automated abuse.
  • Requesting access does not create an account.

Why we collect it

To decide whether to invite you, and, if we do, to send the invitation to the address you gave. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.

Who can see it

Only Coovly platform administrators, who review requests. Our hosting and database providers process it for us, and our email provider handles the invitation email if we approve you. Each request and each administrator decision is recorded in an audit log that holds no names or addresses, only a one-way fingerprint of the email address.

How long we keep it

  • A request we decline is deleted 90 days after the decision.
  • A request nobody has reviewed after 90 days is deleted.
  • An approved request is kept as the record of the invitation we sent you.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your request, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Write to privacy@coovly.com.
